Rogue Valley Mall Night Painting
RV Mall Interior Renovation
This project pushed the limits of precision, coordination, and craftsmanship. Tasked with painting the entire interior of the RV Mall—including ceilings, walls, and refinishing the handrails—our team worked exclusively overnight to minimize disruption to mall operations. Setup began each night at 9:00 PM after the mall closed, and by 5:30 AM, we had to be completely cleaned up and out—leaving no trace we were ever there.
Most shoppers had no idea the transformation was happening while they slept. Using boom lifts, scissor lifts, and well-coordinated large crews, we tackled this challenging job with the skill and experience it demanded. Projects like this highlight not only our technical expertise but our ability to deliver exceptional results under tight constraints.

Grange Co-Op Roof Re-Paint
Central Point, Oregon
Not all painters are created equal—and when preparation is overlooked, the results can be costly. About six months after a competitor applied a coating to the Grange Co-Op facility in Central Point, the paint began to fail. Improper surface prep was to blame, and the damage couldn’t be ignored.
That’s when Corey Robbins was called in to make it right.
Our team was contracted to remove all the failing paint from the metal roofs and mansards, then properly prepare the surfaces and apply a new, long-lasting coating.
With the right process, tools, and experience, we restored the integrity and appearance of the building—saving our client future headaches and setting the standard for how it should have been done the first time.

PAINTING IN WINTER
Taco Bell in Weed, California
Painting a commercial building during the winter months is no small feat, especially in a mountain town like Weed, California, where freezing temperatures and unpredictable weather are the norm. This project tested our team’s creativity, flexibility, and commitment to delivering top-quality results despite less-than-ideal conditions.
To overcome the challenges of cold weather, we tented the entire building and used heaters to maintain a controlled environment suitable for exterior painting. This solution not only protected our crew from the elements but also ensured that the paint would cure properly—avoiding delays and maintaining our high standards for finish quality.
The project required a two-week full shutdown of the Taco Bell restaurant to allow for uninterrupted work on both the interior and exterior. Our team worked efficiently and strategically within that tight window, coordinating closely with D.A. Bentley Construction, LLC to keep every aspect of the job moving forward.
Despite the seasonal obstacles, we’re proud to say we completed the project on time, on budget, and to the satisfaction of all involved. It’s always rewarding to turn challenges into success stories—and this one was definitely a win.
